George Aniegbunem is a sustainability, finance, and investment professional with over 13 years experience spanning banking operations, commercial banking, retail banking, investment banking, ESG and strategy, and wealth management. Over the years, he has led various teams to win diverse excellence awards. George has a BSc. in Applied Microbiology, a postgraduate diploma in Agricultural Economics, a professional diploma in Education, and a master's degree in Sustainability from the prestigious University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He's a fellow of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk, a member of the Institute of Credit Administration, and a certified member of Eco Canada (the association of Environmental Professionals in Canada). He's also a qualified stockbroker, and an impact maker. He has founded and pioneered some organizations such as TRUPAC Development Foundation. George is a sustainability warrior, a community organizer, and an astute leader.
Kelechi Chidi-Ihuoma - Is a graduate of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from the University of Ibadan. Her interest for business led her to pursue a role in financial services where she currently works as an Investment research analyst covering the energy sector at Meristem Securities Limited.
Olanike is an Eco Canada certified Sustainability Professional (EPt) with a background in Environmental Management and Fashion Design. She completed a master’s degree in Regenerative Sustainability from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. Olanike is a Recruitment Advisor for the Executive and Accelerated MBA programs at Queen’s University. She is also an active member of the Sustainability Working Group at Queen’s.
In 2021, she was shortlisted as one of GreenBiz’s Circularity Emerging Leaders; a program which aims to elevate, cultivate, and support the next generation of BIPoC leaders driving the transition to a circular economy. Her experiences in the Fashion Design industry ignited and propelled interest in Sustainability, more so in the areas of Sustainable Development, Circular Designs, Community Development and Social Impacts. Her interests are initiatives around Circular economy and designs as well as creating social impact.
AbdulHameed is a Young Engineer in the Renewable Energy sector with over 3 years of experience cutting across Energy, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas. His experiences have positioned him at the intersection of Energy & Sustainability with his involvements in several programs and projects such as Sustainability Analyst Program with Voiz DAO, consulting for the Resilient Cities Network on building resiliency in urban cities and consulting for Masdar (an Energy company in the Middle East) on building a strategic roadmap. His further interests lie in Energy Consulting looking at developing actionable pathways for energy companies to achieve their net-zero targets.
Mr. Banamali has a keen interest in implementing sustainable practices and developing strategic initiatives in the domain of sustainability for water, agriculture, climate, and mining sectors. As a founding Director at NEKSS Pvt Ltd, he has been the key driving force in building the company brick by brick and has the overall responsibility for developing the company’s vision and strategic direction. He has a unique experience of being an entrepreneur and also has worked with MNCs and consulting companies in India including Aragen life sciences (formerly GVK Biosciences), Excelra knowledge solutions. He has vast expertise in the areas of water quality modeling, environmental fate modeling, environmental impact and risk assessment, surface water modeling, groundwater modeling, flood modeling and forecasting, natural hazard risk Assessment, soil conservation, and watershed management. He completed his MTech in the specialization of Land and Water Resources Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in aquatic toxicology at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada
